Preparatory meetings
Drafts of the decisions and other measures for which the Committee is responsible are examined in a preparatory meeting chaired by the Secretary of the Committee, and attended by the Undersecretaries of the ministries involved.
The following may also attend preparatory meetings: the Chairman of the Conference of the Presidents of the Autonomous Regions and Provinces if there are matters on the agenda of general interest to the regions, and the Accountant General or an alternate.
The list of preparatory meetings held this year is shown below. For prior years the calendar of preparatory meetings is only available from 2000 to 2011.
